Great! Love the mystery here. It also made me think of a philosophical thought experiment I teach my students;

:)
Maybe it really did-- did he ever open it & find out?
Intriguing take! Makes me think of Shrodinger's Cat...
love the colors!!!
Nice job! I am pretending that little box has the answers to all our country's problems right now. Open it up, QUICK! :0)
Beautiful hand. I also like your take; it is quite intriguing.
A very interesting piece. A creative play with this pretend prompt.
so glad you are back! with GORGEOUS work. of course :)
a magical box! i love it Scott :)
you're making me work harder this week… now i have to figure out what's in there… even if it's only pretend…
great take…
I like this a lot! Very mysterious...a pretend proposal? or a pretend secret critter in there?
Nice job!
Great texture in the background using type. Good work.
Good idea! Knowing how it's difficult to draw a hand your attempt is a success. I like the way you mix clean sketching and "scratchy" background, it really makes the subject popping out!
Hello!
I like very much the contrast between figure and background, the result is very good.
The hand is very well drawn (I hate to drawn hands, It´s very difficult to me!)
Great work :o)
cant under estimate the the power of ones imagination as a kid, nice work
What's in that darn box Scott? LOL!
Wonderful! So glad you're back.
"he used to pretend"... but I believe the magic is still there!
great art and interpretation
Nice concept... love the element of mystery. Well done!
Fantastic concept, i really like it!
How did I miss this?? Very nice, I love the colors together...Looks like someone is getting something exciting in a small box!
